CSG holds 15 National Titles from 2016. 6 gold in trampoline/tumbling, 4 gold in aerobics,
5 gold in artistic all around, as well as 15 other artistic apparatus titles.
CSG teaches up to 1600 gymnasts per week in our two locations. We believe gymnastics is the best activity for improving your child's:

Ninja Gym – It’s a hot new sport that combines between
freestyle movement, obstacle training, martial arts and gymnastics. For ages 7+.

CSG's First Olympic Gymnast
A huge congratulations to
Courtney McGregor on her Olympic debut! Courtney had a stellar competition with
four stuck routines and a final placing of 13th overall on Vault with a score
of 14.533 which is the average of her two vaults. The first vault score of
14.633 is used for her all around score. We are immensely proud of Courtney and
