Gymnastics Classes

CSG teaches up to 1600 gymnasts per week. Our gym is 'fun-filled' and busy all day, every day. We believe gymnastics is the best activity for improving physical attributes (strength, flexibility, power) and motor attributes (balance, agility, coordination). Our huge facility — a giant padded playground — makes learning and practice fun!

Kids are born to move. The objectives of our gymnastic programmes are to

  • offer a safe environment for the development of children's athletic abilities

  • provide positive and fun learning experiences

  • develop an enjoyment of physical recreation that can be transferred to other sporting activities
