  • CSG is the home of Courtney McGregor - 2016 Olympian. It had the full NZL women's 2014 Commonwealth international team as members, and the 2015 World Championships Team including coaches and judge. It is home to the champion team that won the Australia / South Africa / WAIS / NZL International in Perth January 2013.

  • Best trampoline club in New Zealand in 2006 and 2007 and rebuilding. 16 Canty Team members in 2012 and 3 National titles. 14 team members in 2013 and 5 national titles + 1 tumbling title. 10 team members in 2014 and 1 national title.

  • Best artistic gymnastics club in New Zealand - most medals at National Championships in 2009, 2010, 2011. 5 national AA titles 2011 and 2012, 7 in 2013, 5 in 2014, 2015 and 2016.

  • Judges, 5 internationally qualified brevet judges, both men's and women's. Judges have officiated at 4 Olympics, 6 Commonwealths and 10 World Championships.

  • Administrators. CSG administrators have won many regional awards as officials and as administrators.

  • 49 years old and still going strong

  • Only club in NZ to have completed the Club 10 to a 5 star level. (Australia's equivalent of ClubMark)

  • Gold ClubMark denoting strong structures and governance from Sport Canterbury. Re affirmed June 2008.

  • Very reasonable competitive training fees. Cheapest competitive fees of all senior clubs in NZ. Transferring in? We do have a transfer fee.

  • Scholarship scheme for gymnasts, coaches and officials.
